First Vector drawing 2/2008

Here starts my journey into the amazing world of Vector. This strange penguin like bird was my first creation.

Definition of Vector:

vector |ˈvektər| noun
(also called object-oriented graphics) is the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and polygons, which are based upon mathematical equations to represent images in computer graphics.

Vector graphics is an alternative to raster graphics, which is the representation of images as a collection of pixels, typically used to represent photographic images.
